Park Distillery
Craft spirits distilled with glacial water, campfire-cooked meals over wood and charcoal, and an unforgettable atmosphere. The smoked brisket and s'mores are legendary. Great cocktails too.

Grizzly House
A Banff institution since 1967. Famous for fondue and exotic game meats -- rattlesnake, alligator, ostrich, and more conventional options. The retro decor and table-side phones add to the quirky charm.

The Eddie Burger + Bar
Gourmet burgers in a funky basement joint. Creative toppings, spiked milkshakes, and a no-frills vibe. The elk burger is a must-try. Most items under $20.
