About This Trail

Branching from the Lakeshore trail, this brief climb through spruce forest leads to a lookout platform with a slightly elevated perspective of Lake Louise and the surrounding amphitheatre of peaks. It provides a different vantage from the shoreline and is quiet enough that you can often enjoy the view in solitude. The short distance makes it an easy add-on to the Lakeshore walk.
