About This Trail
This connector trail links Saddleback Pass to Paradise Valley, dropping quickly through the rugged Sheol Valley. It allows strong hikers to create a point-to-point route combining Lake Louise, Saddleback, and Paradise Valley into one epic traverse. The descent is steep and the terrain rough, requiring sure footing and confidence on loose ground. The reward is a complete tour of the Lake Louise area's most dramatic alpine landscapes.
