About This Trail
Wenkchemna Pass sits at the head of the legendary Valley of the Ten Peaks, reached by a long and challenging trail from Moraine Lake. The route passes through the Eiffel Lake area before continuing into increasingly remote and barren terrain where glaciers and scree dominate the landscape. At the pass, hikers stand on the Continental Divide with views stretching deep into Kootenay National Park โ a truly wild and unforgettable destination.
